User Guide
- Put Ottogi old-fashioned vermicelli in boiling water and boil for about 6 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly in cold water 2-3 times, then drain and use. The noodles will not spread well and will become chewy.
- If you make japchae with drained noodles or put it in various soups, stews, seolleongtang, and bulgogi dishes, it will enhance the taste even more.
- TIP! Soak in cold water for at least 30 minutes and then boil for 3 to 4 minutes to make it more chewy and better seasoning.
