Making Grilled Flounder
Ingredients (per 1 flounder): 1 frozen flounder
Seasoning: A little bit of pancake powder, 3 tablespoons of cooking oil (grape seed oil or general cooking oil), 5cm X 1 stalk of green onion
Seasoning sauce: Beksul Namhae oyster sauce 1 tsp, potato starch powder 1 tsp, ground garlic 1/3 tsp, water 50cc
- Heat a frying pan over low heat, put cooking oil on it, coat the surface of the flounder evenly with breadcrumbs, and roast it in a frying pan over medium heat, then turn off the heat.
- Add Beksul Namhae oyster sauce, potato starch powdered garlic to 50cc of cold water and mix well.
- Take out the grilled flounder and make a slit with a slight inclination in several places in the center of the front and back of the flounder.
- Clean the frying pan with water, heat it over a low heat, add cooking oil, pour the seasoning sauce and bring to a boil.
- When the seasoning starts to boil, add the flounder and coat both sides with the flounder so that the white part of the flounder is facing up.
- Put the sliced green onion on top, and when it boils over medium heat, turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
