- making pad thai
Ingredients (per serving): 80g rice noodles, 95g tapai sauce, a handful of shrimp, 1 egg, a handful of bean sprouts, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, a handful of onion - Prepare rice noodles by blanching them in boiling water for about 4 minutes.
- Grease a frying pan with plenty of oil, add minced garlic and onion and stir-fry.
- When the onion is sauteed, add the shrimp and stir-fry it together.
- When the shrimp turns red, add the bean sprouts , rice noodles , pad thai sauce , and eggs and stir – fry until the ingredients are well combined .
